Hello. I am looking to stay in a vacation home around April 10-7,2009. I think I will get a better price if I deal directly with the owners rather than an agent. Do you know of any websites or have any specific recommendations? My group is a party of 13. 5 Adults and 8 children. thanks.

We have used this company twice. Properties are incredible and listings are exactly what you get. It is nice to see all the rooms and amenities to the exact house you are looking to rent.

As mentioned above, I like homeaway.com. You can sort by neighborhood and price. vrbo gets confusing and I can't find a way to sort by price.

Home away.com has some very reasonable houses. We got a house in June for seven nights with a pool in Windsor Hills for $600 including taxes, etc.
