Vacation home rental question

We are looking into renting a vacation home (pool house). We have contacted Florida Vacation Homes and Rentals using their website at sunshine-magic. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Never heard of them. I know that most people seem to have good luck and negotiable rates when dealing with the owners directly. vrbo.com is a great site to check out.

We like A1vacations.com. Their website is very easy to navigate and gives very detailed info and a picture of each home. Good luck!

I'd agree with dylansmom. We have used vrbo.com and dealt with the owners directly. You can usually get a better deal than is listed on the site. Some will deduct taxes (saving 13%). Others may include or reduce pool heat.
We have stayed in homes the last 5 trips and haven't had any problems.
Also try Villadirect.com. Again, dealing with the owners directly.

We used www.floridasunshine.com when we went the first time. Had no problems at all, would use them again.

I booked directly with our Villas owner... she uses a variety of websites to advertise... VRBO, A1Vacations etc.... Less than 2 months away! I'm so excited! This will be our first villa rental - I have a feeling we'll be kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner!
