My family of 5 is going to Disney in 2 weeks, along with my brother's family(4) and sister & boyfriend. We want to rent (2) 3 bedroom homes and (1) 4 bedroom home in the same "neighborhood". Can anyone suggest a rental agent that will guarantee specific homes in the same complex? We do not want to deal with individual owners in case of problems. Based on what I've read on this board I've contacted Closest to Disney, but they can't guarantee specific homes. We'd love the 4 bedroom home to have a jacuzzi and tv's in very room, even if it costs extra, but most of the agents say they can only request those features. Thanks for your help! I think that will be a problem with any agent - it won't if you go the owner route - but finding several owners that own in one complex would not be my idea of fun....

you can check with the Kissimmee visitors bureau (where most of the houses are located)
