Hi all....
Today is my first day here on this board and it looks like there is tons of info here. I am going to look around a bit but in order to take a short cut I was hoping that a few of you could help me with a Vacation....I am looking for recommendations for cheap but nice hotels near the parks. Also is there a better place to buy tickets?? I am looking at a 7 night trip in April with my Hubby. This is our Anniversary trip. It will be our first trip alone without the children in 14 years. I so can't wait. Also has anyone done the backlot tour??? I see it is 200 a person and I was wondering it is worth the extra money?? Thanks for all your help....

) be able to join us when we are there in early December. Anyway, prices for early December were just $42 a night. There are MANY ways to keep costs down including bringing in your own snacks and eating just once a day in the parks. Many meals at counter service are big enough to share. Definitely bring in your own water. As for ticket prices, they are just about the same everywhere. You can google Disney tickets and a few on-line places will pop up. We had good luck with one, but it really doesn't save significant money. Don't give up, you'll find ways to make it affordable!
