Hi all, has anyone used the V Room at Gatwick recently? Would be interested in any reviews/ opinions people may have.

Many thanks.

last used it in October. We really like going in the VRoom as it looks out over the runway and is divided into sections. There is an adults only section, a place for kids to hang out with things todo and a place for families to relax. The food is good and there is a hot section with the normal breakfast goodies. You can also have cereals, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold drinks, toast etc. They have a food section for kids as well. You can go up as often as you like!! Great way to fill up before your flight. I think its well worth the money if you haven't got it included in your holiday as its def more relaxing then waiting about in the departure lounge as it never seems to be full.:)

Loved it, used in oct as well and the best money we spent, girls spent most of the time in the play room and we could eat and drink for free and they got to have some play time, meant not having to run around after them all the time, will be looking at similar if we go away next year as cant justify vh prices

I'll 2nd this (even though we used to VR at Manchester not Gatwick). It's nice to chill out and have a bit of space without other stressed out passengers banging into you. I think it's worth doing definately.

What's the V room? I'm travelling from Gatwick next week so is wondering if it's something I should check out. Not going to Disney though :P

You can only use it if you have booked through Virgin Holidays, so if you have then def look into booking it. We did it in October when we went to Vegas.

Oh and by the way....you have the exact same number of days until your WDW hol that we do and we are in POR, you will be my neighbour!!!!

Many thanks for the replies. We have decided to book the V Room, looking forward to a relaxing start to our next Disney trip in May.

Its 20 but you have to have booked with virgin holidays to be able to use it
