V&A's Tomorrow. Anywhere to have a drink beforehand?

We will be arriving at Disney tomorrow afternoon (WHEE! ) and have a reservation at Victoria & Alberts at 9:00 tomorrow night. My parents will be watching our wee girl while we are at Dinner so we were thinking that it might be nice to go an hour early or so and relax and have a drink. Is there a lounge at the Grand Floridian for something like this? What about the Polynesian or Contemporary? We love the Monorail so we are willing to travel that far.

Mizner's Lounge at the GF is fantastic. Since it is on the second floor, it is only a very short walk to V&A.

I was not sure if you are doing the wine pairing, but I was told that if you are, to be careful about having a drink before hand. Someone told me, when I asked about having a drink before hand, that they regreted it because they felt there was a lot of wine to drink

So if you have a cocktail before...make it a small one

I am excited to try V & A's....enjoy yourself!!!

I second Mizner's - it's a wonderful lounge. Very comfy chairs, relaxed but upscale setting, a good place to go before V&A's. You can hear the orchestra playing right outside of the lounge as well.
One word of caution, they do tend to get busy at times (conventioneers, etc) but if you're going to be there for the later seating, you should have no problem.

Mizners would be a nice spot, especially since you'll be all dressed up for V&A and it might be a bit of an inconvenience to ride the monorail that way--
You can also sit in the front bar area at Citricos, which is right next door to V&A. There are a few tables there tho it isn't as comfy and "lounge-like" as Mizners.
