V & A's question?

I have an ADR for V&A's in three weeks. The CM who made the reservation said that our reservation was for 6:00. I just looked on WDWINFO and it says the first seating starts at 5:45. So, are the seating times fixed or staggered? Do we arrive for 5:45 or 6:00?

They're staggered, so just show up at the 6pm resevation.
