Sorry to butt in, rather than starting a new thread, but how much is the wine pairing?

It's $65, I believe.

ETA, @drwadadli is correct (I should read my notes more closely). We split the wine pairing a couple of years ago and it was $65 per person, so $130 total. Price has gone up since. My bad.

Although subject to change, the price is $235.00 per Guest for Menu Prix and $250 per Guest for the Chef’s Table; optional wine pairings from $150.00 per Guest. (Pricing does not include tax and gratuity.)
