My DH admitted to me on Saturday that he misses WDW, so I'm trying to plan a short trip for December or January. If we go in January it will be for his birthday. I'd like to take him to V&A's Chef's Table for the birthday dinner as his present. He's a foodie and an amateur chef. He loved our meal in the main dining room 4 years ago, so this would be a huge treat for him. So how much does the Chef's Table cost, and how much for wine pairings? Also what should we expect, and when would we need to call? Thanks.

I am not sure about the cost, but y ou should call exactly six months (180 days) out. You also should call at exactly 7:00 am Florida time. When my husband was trying to get a Brethless Fireworks cruise scheduled he even memorized the sequence of numbers that you need to punch to get the proper phone connection. Even with all of his effort it took three days to schedule our cruise. You just have to be on the ball.

I don't know about cost, last year we did the dining room and paid about $370 for dinner, wine pairing, and a 20% tip.

Good Luck!

You defintiely need to call 180 days out.

We ate at the Chef's table on Easter Sunday, it was incredible.

Mister Disney and the K-Man's Chef Table Review

Our experience had a LOT of extra special touchs the staff did, sooo....even with the 30% tip because of the extra effort everyone put into our experience, the bill for the 2 of us, which included 1 wine pairing and a "few" extra special ports was less than $400, certainly not bad for 4 1/2 hours of heaven!

When we went, for 4 with 3 wine pairings (parents split a wine tasting, even though it ended up that they got the same amount as us) was 708.00 with taxes. We left a 30% tip on top of that. WELL worth every penny. :thumbsup2

Current price for CT is $125 and if you want the wine pairings that is an additional $65. Add 6.5% tax and figure 20% tip will bring the total for two with both having the wine to a little under $500.
