Hello,
My DH and I are not big wine drinkers, but do enjoy occasionally (once a year at christmas dinner usually). I would like to enjoy the wine flight at V&A, but know that I could not handle that much alcohol. I want to be able to taste what truely matched food and wine tastes like though.
Can we split a wine flight between us? Can we order half glasses? If the wine is split will they still match our meals or will our wine not match as well to our food? I do not know much about wine, but worry that splitting may be a waste of money if what I truely want to experience is professional wine pairings. Can we just order a glass here and there during our dinner?
Any thoughts?
