V&A chef's table .....

Can this be done as a single as i've seen reported that you can only get a regular resv. as a couple? What is the cost for the Chef's table? I really hope that it can be done solo as this is where i'd like to have my birthday dinner.

First of all any reservation at any restuarant can be had as a single, this includes V&A and the Chef's Table.

However the pacing for the regular meal is about 2.5 hours and for CT is normally more than 3.5 hours. It really healps to have someone with you to preven boredom.

Last time I looked CT was $125 and the wine pairings were $60, but prices may have gone up recently. And these prices are plus tax and tip.

Hard to imagine being bored at the Chef's Table -- whether eating solo or as a group! Seems like the perfect solo dining experience to me since there is so much interaction with the chefs and so much activity going on in the kitchen.
