utensils in a studio???

Hi!
Heading to BCV studio next week and it's the first time into a studio...can anyone tell me if there is any type of dishes or cutlery or just the microwave, toaster and frig....also, towel exchange is on Tues and Thurs....how does that work? Are they available in the resort, or are they brought to your room? If you want clean towels over the weekend, do you need to wash them, or is there somewhere you can take them to drop off and pick up??? Also, any suggestions on the room to request (if available) at BCV??Non-smoking and non-handicapped is a must...top floor vs. pool view???

Plates will be paper, cutlery will be plastic. You'll get a few glasses ( I think about 4) and I believe some "proper" coffee mugs ( again about 4). Towels, when done as part of the "Trash and Towel" are brought to your room and replaced for you ( if your out) or handed to you if you're in. Depending on how long you're staying (more than 4 days I think) you should also get a clean, which will also provide a change of towels. If you need your towels cleaned there is a laundry where you could run the dirty towels through, but in "regular" use I doubt that would be needed, unless you put the towels at home through the wash after less than a couple of days use?

No microwave bowls, platters, grill utensils or the like. I guess you could ask if you need something specific but we usually take things from home when we get a studio though it's been a few years now.
