USVI ship schedule question

Just discovered this. Our Mar 19th Fantasy cruise shows 2500 occupancy. Is that that a cap that DCL agreed to for this sailing? Just wondering how this works.

So I’m looking at rye March 23rd day and it says Fantasy - 2500. I believe that’s the number of occupants expected.

I just looked at the February 2020 and other schedules and they always show the Fantasy at 2500 passengers. Below is from 2/2020.

It's usually the "normal" passenger load for the ship that's indicated.

2500 is double occupancy in each stateroom.
