USSSA tickets

Has anyone used them recently? Did you have an difficulty with them now saying for participants and family only?
 
We used one in November and had no trouble. I actually called their office and asked who could use them and the girl I talked to said anyone can use them. The ticket also said "youth" on it and my DDs 23yo bf is who used the ticket and it was fine.
 

Just a quick question. I bought tickets from USSSA for my family, I have an AP. But do you have to redeem or certify or do anything else with the USSSA tickets or are they good to go when you receive them? I haven't received them yet but just wondered. Thanks, as always!
 
I'm pretty sure the only thing you have to do was sign the ticket. My daughter and I both used APs and her BF used the USSSA ticket and all worked fine.
 
If anyone can use them, what are you supposed to fill in the boxes that ask you:
Player name
Team name
Event
???? This was added since the last time I purchased tickets and now I'm not sure what to do.
 
We didn't put anything in those spots. The only thing my DD BF had to do was sign it.
 
Hmm. They must have changed it again, because now it won't let you submit the form without filling them out. :(

Edited to clarify: I am referring to the website. When selecting tickets, there are boxes that are required to be filled out in order to purchase tickets; they can't be left blank.
 
My DD did that part. I'll check with her when she gets home from work and see what she entered.
 
Sorry buttrcp16 - when I asked her she couldn't remember what she did. I would just call their office and ask them. I called to make sure anyone could use the tickets and they said yes so they should be able to tell you what to put. Hope that helps.
 
This must be something new. I ordered tickets last week and the only thing I had to enter was the number of tickets. The website didn't prompt me to fill in anything regarding player name, team name or event.
 
bcoomer - I haven't had a chance to call and ask yet, but when I do I will be sure to post an update here!

rebbyparker - wow so it must have been a really recent change.
 
I think the entry for event etc is for Disney tickets only. For universal it doesn't ask it doesn't ask those same questions.
 
Yes, I agree with bcoomner... I just purchased these 2 day park to park Universal tickets last month and there was no area to fill in for team name, etc. However, the Disney ticket section has that information requirement. It might be a contractual requirement Disney has with USSSA now that Universal doesn't have (yet). Maybe it'll eventually show up but right now I have two tickets in my wallet that only require signatures. We've gotten these USSSA tickets in the past and never had any issue. I DID go through my old account with them, so maybe that affects the screen you get when buying tickets? So if you still get those boxes, try setting up an account with your mailing information and trying again.
 
I used the USSSA ticket last week no problem, no questions. After we used it they asked us to sign them.
 
Yeahdisney- I have no doubt you were able to use them without issue. I have used them before and Disney accepts them as regular tickets. It's ordering the tickets that seems to be the hard part now!:(
