Using two brokers & two diff contracts

We're currently in ROFR for an add on, the add on is the same resort and UY as the original contract. We've used two different agencies: TSS (1st) and ********** (add on). I provided our current membership # to **********, but am a little worried if the paperwork will be identical to the original and the transaction goes smoothly.

Anyone else gone through two different agencies for add on? I think they check Orange County records to ensure the names are written the same?

You should provide them with your required title format with names. Usually there is a form provided for you to fill out.

Thanks Bill. There was a questionnaire to fill out and the section concerning existing membership was only one sentence long! I think I will send a supplemental document with more information just in case needed.
