Using TTY for Cindy's!

I have a friend who is hearing-impaired who plans on calling Disney 60 days out for Cindy's breakfast using the TTY system. Has anyone done this and do you know if she will be able to get through? I told her to start at 6:58 and all but I have no idea if this is as quick as the normal route.

No--this will not be as quick! Can you try to make the ressies for her as a back up? I did this to help out a hearing impaired coworker last year for this exact reason.
