If we arrive at our resort prior to 3:00 at the day of check in can we wait at the pool until our room is ready? I anticipate we will arrive around 2:00 and have done the on line check in.
Thanks!

Once you check in you can use any amenities at the resort while waiting for your room to become available.

See n do as much as you want...This is allowed on the earliest part of the day u check in until all day when you check out...

Your room may not be ready until after 3, but the check-in process can take place anytime after 6 AM.

We always arrive before noon. We check in and immediately head to the pool. We use the bathrooms at pool side to change our cloths and lounge by and in the pool until we get a call letting us know that our room is ready for us. If the rooms aren't already available we usually never wait more than an hour. Being from Michigan and traveling in February like we do, the pool is a must for us. We usually see out luggage being delivered to our room so we know to go to the front to get our room number. Most important item in my carry on luggage-my swim suit.

Use the online check in and let them know the time you expect to be there. So far we've always had our room ready when we arrive before 3pm.

Everything at your resort is available from the minute you check in on your check in day (so, if you do the onliine check in 60 days in advance, you won't be able to do this that particular day :)) to midnight of the day of your check out. So, you can get to Disney World at 6:00 AM, "check in" (online or in person) and enjoy everything. On your check out day, which you need to be out of your room by 11:00 AM, you can enjoy everything until midnight. My husband cracked me up once when we were checking out of the resort and then heading to Epcot for something and he thought we had to move our car since we wouldn't be back until after check out time. He headed for the parking lot, I headed for the bus. He literally did a face slap and said, "that's right, we're fine until midnight."

We pack our bathing suits in our carry-on luggage for this purpose. At CBR, we grab a bite then head to the pool and wait for our text that the room is ready.

Almost always our room is ready when we arrive at the resort around noon. We did have to wait for our room for about an hour at VWL and CBR.

Adding another layer to this post: if you check in at 6 AM, are you then eligible for morning EMH?
