using Priceline for car rental question

I was just playing around with Priceline they gave me a price they basically said it included all taxes fees unlimited mileage but they say I pay when I pick up the car is that a normal thing?

Yes. That's how I book all my cars with Priceline.

FYI Many of the more discount companies they use do a very hard upsell at the counter.

Have noticed that all of the recent quotes i’ve Received from carrentalsavers have wound up going thru priceline but at a rate I can never seem to duplicate booking on my own.
