using pool on Wonder for exercise

I think I know know the answer to this question....but worth asking the experts....
We are sailing on the 2/16 wonder and our son is likely to be competing in his state swim meet a few weeks later....any chance he would be allowed to swim laps in the adult pool early in the morning (say 7 or 8 am) for an hour once a day....he will be 13....

Its tough to take off a week from swimming so close to the big meet

Since the pool is so small in the adult area he won't be able to swim laps even if he was 18+.

As PP noted, he needs to be 18 to use the adult pool.

He needs to be 18 to use the adult areas.

He could try to swim laps in the Goofy pool. But, the pools are very small. Plus,
it is usually crowded.

The goofy pool is the same size and probably pretty empty at 8am or the last hour at 9pm. I just wonder if the pools are long enough to practice anything but turns. The pool hours are 8am to 10pm normally.

Yep...he'd be across the Goofy pool in about 3-4 strokes. I think Michael Phelps could probably stretch out and grab one side with his hands while his feet were still on the other wall. Ok...that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

I've seen adults swim laps in the adult pool, so I know it's doable. You could see if you could get permission to do it in the adult pool in the early, early AM hours or do as others suggested and have him do his laps early, early AM or late PM in the Goofy pool. Early AM is probably better for the Goofy pool though.
