Using pool & facilities before check-in time

If we arrive to Aulani before official check in time and our room is not ready yet, can we still use the pools? We are transferring over from another hotel and I am assuming between checkout there and getting to Aulani, we will arrive well before the 4 PM check-in. The website just says you can "enjoy the beauty of Hawaii" until the room is ready.

Yes, pretty much just check in at front desk, but not get your room number until later, when your room is ready.

Yes! We like to check in earlier than 4. Since we don't want to make another trip to our car after playing in the pool, we drop off our luggage at the front of the hotel. They will hold your luggage for you until you are ready. Once we get our room number and are in our room, we call downstairs and they will send someone up to bring up your bags.
