Using points at DLH or PP in DLR

We are thinking of booking a last minute trip to the DLR this coming August. I called MS and the GCH is booked for the room we wanted (just a studio), but we are able to get a room at either the DLH or PP. What I don't see on the points charts, and I forgot to ask MS about, is if we can use points to book a concierge level room at either of those hotels. Does anyone know if this is possible and what the points are?

We used to be able to but that option was removed a few months ago.
