Using points at DL

With snippets of the new GCV point charts trickling out it seems like I'm probably going to opt out of the madness. That being said how difficult is it to use DCV points to book rooms at PPH or DLH? I'm thinking mid-season maybe 6 months out?

I used points for PPH twice last year. It was easy. I think I booked late April in late October and early December in early September (my first choice that time was GCH but it was not available). Both times I got the theme park view, it's spectacular!
