Using points at Disney Paris question.

Hello Everyone. Question for those that have used their DVC points for a hotel at Disney Paris.
How long after making the reservation did you get your confirmation email from Disney Paris?
I need that email to link my reservation to the Disney Paris app. I called Member Services and that was a waste of my hour.
