Using passholder benefits?

I purchased a AP from the DVC site, I want to log in to the passholder site to look at the available benefits. However I dont know which numbers they are asking for, since all I got was a will call certificate. Also I want to purchase a DDE card, where exactly can I purchase it?

I didn't get mine from DVC so I am going to wing it, but when you go to log in, if you scroll down there are two options to log in with a voucher...enter your first and last name, then chose Exchange Certificate (Type 1) or Exchange Certificate (Type 2) depending on which one your numbers will fit in.

You can't log into the passholder site with a willcall. You have to have a ticket or voucher. As for the DDE, you can call the office and tell them you have a will call certificate and see what they suggest. However, for the DDE you don't want to order your card until you are closer to your trip because it is active the day you order it. Keep in mind that the DDE office if only open M-F, during business hours.

I didn't realize there was a willcall (as such) I thought everyone got a voucher. Sorry...

i bought my AP on the DVC website and got a voucher.

The numbers on the voucher didn't exactly match up to the examples shown on the passholder site but after a bit of playing around i managed to access it. I just kept putting numbers in in a different way and got lucky
