Using park tickets bought with Airmiles

I have a 7 day package reservation for Pop Century, dining and 1 day of tickets. (I bought 1 day of tickets to get the dining package). We need 6 days of park tickets. I had enough Airmiles to get us another 3 days of park tickets which I will add when we get there. My question is...when I add park days 5 and 6 on, will I have to pay the price of days 5 and 6, or will I have to pay the cost of days 2 and 3, added to my original 1st day? Hope this doesn't sound too confusing!

You'll have two separate tickets. You'll upgrade one of them. The linger ticket makes the most sense to upgrade, so you'll pay for days 4 and 5.

If you plan to return to Disney, the most economical thing to do is upgrade your airmiles tickets to six days and save the one day ticket for later. That sixth day will cost you $10, whereas the one day ticket cost you $100.

Thank you for the reply. I loved your idea and was excited to save money by saving the 1 day tickets for the next trip, but then I realized my twins are 9, so their kid tickets won't be able to be used after they turn 10 Thanks anyway!

You would be able to upgrade the unused child tickets on a future trip and just pay the difference price for adult tickets.

Ditto that....I've done it in the past. Very easy and will cost you approx. $20/ticket.
