Using Main Gates

If you aren't family with the people you are letting use your main gates do you have to be with them in the parks?

It doesnt really matter. They dont check since after you bring them in, they get a park hopper ticket. Once they have that you cant tell the difference between that ticket and a paid ticket. The only reason they say to stay with them is that if they get in trouble it can be blown back on you. But besides that its up to you. If you have to work, then just meet up with them later.

It used to "not matter." However, with the opening of New Fantasyland and the impending release of other attractions, enforcement has greatly increased across the parks. Having a background in ticketing, I can say they can tell who it links to. Each ticket has a serial number that is very easy to look up. If you "lose your ticket," security has a way to track you down. Not to mention it says "cast member ticket" right on the back.

Your intentions may be pure, but these are the rules, and they were put in place because others before you abused this privilege. Take your chances...but you can't say you weren't warned when you get approached by security and they ask you to step into a small conference room to "ask you a few questions."
