Using Google Voice to call DLP for reservations?

Has anyone used Google Voice to call DLP for questions and reservations? According to them, it costs $0.01/minute to call France from the states. That's about as cheap as it's going to get.

I've heard rumor that they've changed this, but every time that I've recently called DLP I first call WDW and ask to be transferred to DLP. There has never been an issue. I did this as recently as last month. Doing this makes it a standard call for me, no international pricing.

That would be a great option.
