Using gift cards at TS or CS restaurants

We are headed back the WDW next fall and will be on the DP. But we will also pay for 1-2 TS or CS meals OOP. We could charge them to our room, but I would rather pay at the time of service and don't want to bring a credit/debit card in the park if I can help it. What kind/where do I get a GC that can be used at the restaurants in the parks?

I get mine at our local grocery store -- which gets me some cents off on gas. (Actually, I'm paying for pretty much the whole trip this way!)
