Using ECV on the road

Hi, we are about to go to the Art of Animation resort. Looking at the maps on Google I can see that it is quite close to Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk and through to Epcot.

However, the road which joins them does not look like it has a pavement/sidewalk. Am I allowed to use the road on an ECV and if so do I go with the traffic or facing the traffic.

The maps on Google may be out of date and now there is a pavement so would be happy to know that as well.

No, you cannot use the road, it is for vehicular traffic only. Sorry.

There are no sidewalks or paved shoulders on Victory Way!

Buses do work and they are free.
