Using DVC Points for Disneyland Hotel!

I've booked dlh with points. My view is that you already put cash out to buy and pay dues on your points. You already prepaid. Renting points to pay cash for the room is your option if you want to deal with being a landlord. You'll make some money but is being a landlord worth it? I don't think so but that's up to you. I bought my points to use in the system, not try to maximize their value through dabbling in the rental market.
