Using DVC points at a DLR Hotel

Forgive me if this has been brought up before; I scanned around and could not find the answer.

If I am using DVC points to stay at the Paradise Pier Hotel or the Disneyland Hotel, can I purchase Concierge level services for cash?

I know that I can use DVC points at the Grand California Hotel for a Club Room, but the PPH and hr DLH do not have that option as they don't have club room level. They have concierge level, but that does not seem to be an option when booking.

Also, do DVC members get charged for parking ? THANKS in advance !

Don't know all the answers. But we were charged for parking in our GCH room because we were not staying in a villa. We stayed on our points.

As late as 2009 you could book concierge with points but that's over now, and I haven't read of being able to get it with cash on a points reservation.

That's good to know. Last time we used points at PPH we got free parking, but that was in 2011.

I guess they changed the policy.
