Using Disney Rewards for annual due payment

Hi Everyone,
We have a question about how you go about using your Disney Reward Dollars for annual dues. We are thinking about this for our dues in 2008. We usually pay our dues on line with our credit card when billed. Do we have to redeem our reward points before doing this or can they just deduct the reward points in the process of paying the dues on line? Thanks in advance for any help.

My understanding is that the reward dollars must be transferred to a rewards card before they can be used.

I'm not sure if you can pay the dues online if you are using a rewards card and a credit card (because you don't have enough reward dollars to pay in full). To find out for sure, call Member Accounting (same toll free number as MS, just a different option).

I've always called Member Accounting to use my reward dollars for the maintenance fees.
