Hello! I am booking a trip in August with my friends. I read on one website that's important to have your credit card ready when you reserve. Is it necessary to have a credit card, or would I be allowed to book with my debit card? Thank you for your time!

You can book with a debit card, just be aware that it if is a pre-paid meal, you could be charged at the time of booking. Also, if you don't show up for the ADR, they will charge your debit card at that time.

Thank you so much! How do I know if a meal is considered pre-paid or not?

According to Mousesavers, only Cinderella's Table, Hoop De Doo, Spirit of Aloha, and Mickey's Backyard BBQ require pre-payment. I'm not sure how it works if you are using the dining plan (we don't use it). I would assume you would get a notification at the time of booking.

Okay, so I don't think the pre-paid thing will apply to my desired reservations because they are for the Bon-Voyage character breakfast at the boardwalk, and for lunch at Be our Guest (even though I know lunch is quick service I read you still need reservations because it's so popular.)
Thank you so much you were super helpful!
