This is our first trip to WDW. We purchased the meal plan. The first day we get there we will be using only the table service meal at night. On our last day, we will only have counter service meals left at night. Can anyone suggest one of the better counter service places to substitute for dinner. Thanks. :confused3

I think that it really depends on what park you'd be in--my favorite counter services are:
MK: Caseys :)
Epcot: The counter-service in Japan is delicious! :) Also, I like Electric Umbrella and the Liberty Inn.
MGM: Toluca Turkey Leg has the biggest, tastiest, juciest turkey legs I've ever seen....and Studio Catering Co. is pretty decent.
AK: There are a few I like, but since AK closes so early, I doubt you'd be there for dinner anyway!

Will you be in a park your last night? If so, which one?

If you are in AK the last night head over to the Tusker House. We had the half a chicken, mashed potatoes, & broccoli ,& dessert for one of our favorite counter meals.

I haven't really planned our last afternoon yet. We are staying in the campground, so it will probably be Magic Kingdom.

My favorite Counter Service Meal is at Epcot across from Mexico, the Cantina. There you get a awesome Mexican Sampler, there are 4 items on it and you get this delicious Mexican Rice with it and Beans. I do not like spicey foods, and this is not spicey at all and is so delicious. It's a favorite in my family, we love it so much we eat there everytime we are in Epcot for our Counter Service, and you leave not hungry at all.

Downtown Disney, Wolfgang Puck Express. Try the Rosemary chicken! All the servings are very generous and you even eat on real plates!

Columbia Harbour House is supposed to be good and the second floor is rumoured to be a quiet place to eat there. Try checking out the menus at www.allearsnet.com to find what might appeal to you. They have reveiws as well. :thumbsup2

We usually like to have our sitdown table service for lunch and then head to the hotel for swim/rest.
Most of our dinners are CS, we really like Columbia Harbour House at the MK.
Chicken/Fish, really good sandwiches, salads.
At Epcot the Land is very good too and a large variety of choices. Fish and Chips at the UK. Mexico also looks good for CS

Columbia Harbor House for a great Tuna Sandwich.
Pecos Bill for a great hamburger with fixings bar.
:teeth:

I suggest Pecos Bill at MK. They have awesome burgers with a great fixins bar. It is a must do for my family.

They have GREAT burgers and that loaded burger bar is the absolute best. Well worth the sit down!!!! I look forward to it every time!!!
