Using Codes for More Than One Room

Hello all code watchers,

I did get a code for July but my parents and in-laws did not. Can I book more than one room using my code? We are all going at the same time and staying at the same resort. I would actually need 3 rooms all together. I thought about waiting to see if they get one, but mine has to be used in the next 2 weeks.

I belive you can book up to three rooms on your code!

From what the CM told me, you can use it for up to 3 rooms. They have to crossreference and have your name, address, phone and reservation number and you have to be going at the same time and be at the same resort

I have always heard 3 before and we just booked our PIN for 3 rooms.

When I called a couple weeks ago to book my room with the PIN I'd received, the CM assured me that my in-laws could call on their own and book their room with the same PIN, provided they had all the numbers and info. But then when my father-in-law called and tried to give the numbers, the CM he spoke to said that the reservation would have to be made by me, because the PIN was only for my household. So I called again and made their reservation. I put the deposit on my own credit card, which was annoying, but they may have let me use my in-laws' card if I'd had the number.

I can confirm this. I was able to reserve 3 rooms and use my family's cards to reserve theirs.

I was able to book 3 rooms with my PIN. Above poster, you should have been able to make the reservation & then your in-laws should have been able to pay the deposit with their own form of payment.

We did this as well, in Dec 2010. I had received a PIN, and used it towards 2 rooms at the CR. I booked the room, and then the family that the ressie was for, called and paid with her credit card. They get their own confirmation/reservation number and can change options (hoppers or not, reg DDP or DLXE) DP and i had deluxe dining and they had the reg DDP. It worked out great, and if it weren't for that PIN, we wouldn't have been able to afford to stay at the CR! Now we are hoping for a great RO PIN for this october to be able to stay at the Poly! Fingers crossed!
