Using Child QS Band

We have two families, two rooms, only one family getting the QS DP. But, a child in the DP family may occasionally tour with the family who doesn't have QS DP. Can the child still use her magicband for a QS meal under her DP even when an adult under that QS DP is not with her?

Yes, all credits are available from all bands associated with the room. The child may need to have the PIN code associated with the room's account, though.
