I always see people bringing popcorn, cup of noodles, and pop tarts into the food area and use the toaster. Who cares. If WDW didn't want anyone using them for their own food then there would be a sign like they put out telling you not to reuse the mugs. You see how some people obey that don't you? Who is going to know where you bought the food anyway? At WL they sell whole loaves of bread and other stuff in one of their giftshops so who is to say you didn't buy it at WDW in the first place. I haven't used the toaster for outside food as we never bring outside food but I just might have to bring DD some raspberry poptarts and use the WDW toaster. Captain Cooks didn't have that flavor last time. I'd much rather have someone toast something at the foodcourt instead of in their rooms!
