Using Budget Fastbreak for the first time

I've been an Emerald Aisle guy for years, but the price difference with Budget this time was too big to ignore. So although I've had a card for quite a while, this will be the first time I've actually used it. (I used it to make the reservation, so I know my account is still active.)

Like Emerald Aisle, I can bypass the counter in the terminal, right?

But unlike Emerald Aisle, I need to stop at the kiosk in the garage to check in before going to my car, yes?

We'll be arriving on Delta, and picking up the car in the south garage - Airside B, I think is the official name. I know that National is on the ground floor of the garage on this side, right next to the crosswalk, but a couple of the agencies are up one level. Is Budget one of them?

Yes- we just did this for the first time this past Christmas. We walked out to garage- handed over license, credit card and signed......she did say something about this being my first time with fast break....also showed my husband's license -it was my name for the fastbreak card but spouses drive no extra charge- then she asked us what colour van we wanted- gave us the keys told us where van was and we were off- it was really fast.....no sell on anything.......then driving out stopped at the booth and showed the paperwork and left. We also used the travelocity code and a coupon code-both worked fine.
