My husband our two sons who will be 5 1/2 and 20 months when we go are going to WDW from December 2-6. We've purchased the deluxe dining plan for me, my husband and our kindergartner. Our kindergartner has rather sophisticated tastes and sometimes won't be happy with ordering off of the kid's menu. Can we use our adult dining credits to order off the adult menu at table service restaurants?

Your key card will say 2 adults, 1 child on the plan. You will be able to order 2 adult meals and 1 child meal.

You won't be able to use some of your adult credits to buy a third adult meal. They'll go by what's on the card.

You can order two adult meals and share them with both children. You should keep track of the child's credits though and you will not be able to feed the 5 year old off your meal at buffets and all you can eat places. At a la cartes you can order two adult meals and one child's meal, and an adult can switch meals with the child, or share their meal to supplement the child's meal.

Alternately, you can register your 5 year old as 10 years old and your key card would read 3 adults. If you paid for the dining plan, you would need to pay the adult price for those credits, plus purchase an adult park ticket for the child if you're on a package that includes tickets.
