Using a PIN for more than 1 room/package

My SIL also received the PIN for RO or FD. We just changed all our reservations (we have a group of 8 families going in February) to the P/S/D promo.

Changing to the FD PIN will save her a few hundred more (she'll take it!).

I have read you may be able to use the PIN for up to two other reservations - has anyone learned yet on this offer if that is possible?

She'd like to also be able to use it for for her brother (2 ad, 2 ch) and sister (2 ad, 2 ch) and re-book their packages. They do not have the same last name or address. We are all staying at the same resort. The other concern is my SIL is arriving later in the day during our stay, and the rest of us including her brother and sister are arriving earlier.

My TA is working on this, but I'd like to get some feedback here in case she comes back with something different.

Yes, we have done this before--we take down 13. We book 4 rooms. My mom got the FD pin for our last trip--we called and upgraded all 4 rooms to FD. All 4 rooms were under different last names. But all of our reservations were hooked together--so not sure about the brother's rooms
As long as your package is paid for, I do not think that the person who booked them has to be there for you to check in--I could be wrong. But if you all have the Pin code applied to your ressie, then you should be able to check in without her.

All of our rooms are linked together by a "travel with" number.

Hopefully our TA will come back with news that this is still allowed (and for this particular PIN).

Just heard back and our TA was able to apply it to the three reservations; as I mentioned we have 8 ressies all together so now I've asked her if she could pretty please check to see if they would allow more.
This is where I feel guilty when using AAA; if I did all our ressies myself I could do all the leg work and research.

UPDATE; she said she was told we could only apply it to 3 packages.
