Using a "free" pass for ROL

Hi,
There is some sort of problem with our tickets that we will have to fix in person (management has spent weeks and they cannot link them to our accounts for some unknown reason). Since we cannot book our FPs in advance, they gave each of us 3 "free" FPs that we can use anywhere/anytime. We would like to use one of them for ROL but I'm worried that, since there is limited seating, we may not be able to use it if it isn't specifically linked to ROL. Does anyone have a guess if this will be possible?

You should be able to see them in your MDE account. Go to My Reservations on the app and tap the FP that is showing in the FP section. It should have a description with any type of restrictions noted.

I've looked at that before, and it just looked like a list of every FP attraction; however, now that I look at it more closely, ROL is not listed (Illuminations and F! are, though). So, I wonder if it's excluded. I'm having a hard time justifying the cost of the Tusker House package when we don't eat that type of food, typically, so we may just have to take our chances with stand by. We will be there the week Pandora opens, so I'm expecting it'll be very busy.

Are FEA and 7DMT listed as attractions where these FPs can be used?

If yes, then it could be that these "Anytime/Anywhere FPs" haven't been updated to include RoL.

We had a FP for TT the other day and it went down. So we were automatically given an anytime FP for the rest of that night and the following day to use 1 time at any ride. It could be used at any park but excluded: Frozen Ever After, Fantasmic, Illuminations, and Rivers of Light

Another thing you can try is to call IT and ask them to book 3 FPs for you for each day.

Another poster recently had the same problem as you. IT's solution was to give her 3 specific Attraction FPs with an "Anytime" return for each ride. She couldn't Modify those 3 FPs but she did have the 3 rides/shows she wanted.

It's worth a try if you have time. Then you would be guaranteed RoL rather than possibly be turned away at the FP entrance.
