Using a Bounceback on a different level of Resort...can I?

So this year we are staying Deluxe, but I was wondering....if we get a Bounceback offer does that men I have to use it to stay Deluxe or can I use it for a moderate or value? I am sure I will love WL but if money does not allow another Deluxe stay next year it would be nice to know I have the freedom to change to a more appropriate budget.

Yes, you can use a bounce back for whatever resort is available.

Do I have to know at the time of booking names and how many people? It could be two it could be four people and it could be me aNd all 3 children or me and 2 of my children. Such decisions

Any name changes (other than the lead guest) can be done. You can put just your name and then add others later when you find out exactly who will be going. Or you can put others on and change them later. With that said, if you are the only one for sure going, make sure you are the lead guest if others will be listed .

You can modify a BB reservation just like you can any reservation subject to availability ie change dates, resorts.

I was just there (8/6/13) and the bounce back offer only includes dates through December 2013. I asked when 2014 would be released and the CM didn't know.

Also the bounce back offer can be found in the blue "Be Our Guest" guide that is in the room. (I've had a hard time finding it in the past). I also had to sit on hold for 15 minutes. Good luck!

On snother thread a guest called front desk and was able to get FD BB offer for next yr rather than resort discount fir later this yr. So its worth asking!
