Using $200 Disney Gift Card as Payment for Photopass Plus...

Good evening!

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but it's something that just sprung to mind whilst I'm procrastinating from studying...

When we return to WDW next year, my friends and I definitely want to get Photopass. I understand that the CD is cheaper if you pre-purchase etc. etc.

My question is, is there any way that you can use the $200 Disney Gift Card that we had free with our WDW booking as payment for the Photopass/Photopass plus? I know you receive it in the post before you head to FL, but I'm guessing it won't be within enough time to order the Photopass, and I'm not even sure if there is a way to pay with a gift card? Is there a way that we can purchase the CD with the gift card whilst actually in WDW? The increased cost wouldn't be a problem as it's not really our money IYKWIM.

We are a group of four friends, and would have nothing else to spend the gift card on really as we are on the dining plan, and we thought that sorting the photos would be a good idea!

if u get the gift card ahead of time i should think so but why not use the card for tips when dining as then can come a bit high

You might be able to pre-purchase depending on the arrival of your docs as you can pay by Disney gift card online - if not you can buy the plus in any of the photo centres. It will cost you about $12 extra for the tax.
