USF / IOA @ Christmas

Will be at USF / IOA the second week of December. Was interested in Macy's parade and Grinchmas or anything else in the Christmas spirit, but can't find a lot of information about the two. Does anyone have times, schedule of events, tips, etc? Or, is there a website that I should hit to get more info?

I had seen the info on the USO website, but I was really hoping to get some more concrete information to help us plan. Are these events only on certain days, at certain times. When to go, where to be, any thing special we need to do, etc.

Grinchmas is all day everyday. Macy's parade is in the late afternoon everyday around 5:00 PM. I'm not sure of the exact time. Guests (if they are at least 18 yo) can be in the parade holding the ropes on the balloon floats. I've done this several times. I prefer watching the parade though to being in it.

Unlike WDW you won't need to stake out a viewing spot hours early. Just show up at parade time and enjoy.
