User Profiles and Tag Fairy

It looks like I have been taged. The TF has just colourized the profile I had already.
If I attempt to add or change my profile will I lose the colour I already have.
Do I need to asked the TF (nicely) to be re tagged or am I being greedy

If you change it you will loose the color. But if you ask nicely the TF will change it back for you.

if you change your profile, your tag will not be lost, that will only be lost if you try and change your tag, it will be fine if you just change the other things.

Oh, I thought they were calling their tag the profile.
