So I am making our index cards to take on our trip and I was wondering if some of yall could help me out with some info?? First off where do I find all the important numbers: disney dining, hotel number, local car repair info, local medical center info?

Second where can I find out exactly what time the fireworks are going to be and when and what time the parades will be?? I looked everywhere on the site and while it made mention of these things there were no times to be found!

So far I have the EMH, Park Hours, and all of our ADR info on them.. would you add anything else?? Thanks for all the help!

For show and parade times, check out Steve Soares' website, Walt Disney World Live Entertainment. Just google it. He updates the times weekly.

I believe AllEars has a list of important phone numbers, but for certain they are in the Unofficial Guide if you happen to have a copy of that lying around.

Depending on how OCD I am feeling each trip I may add "target attractions" that we want to be certain to hit on that specific day. I have sometimes gone overboard and overloaded my cards and they become cluttered and difficult to use. What you already have is best, clear and concise.

At the WDW site, go to the park calendar, bring up your month and park, then click on each individual day. This gives you a list of parades, special events, and nightly show times.

Oohh! I never knew that! You learn something new every day! I can honestly say I have never even tried clicking on the individual day of the calendar. Thanks!
