Absolutely, without a doubt, the answer to your question is YES - Every CL room at AKL *IS* Savannah View! :thumbsup2 (The AAA TA is using old, out-dated information.) And once you've booked AKL-CL and you have been in contact with their wonderful IPO, they will confirm that you will indeed have a Savannah View! :goodvibes

Thanks very much! I'm booking for next July. It's the first trip to Disney for my daughters - they'll be 6 and 4.

Oh how exciting! You all are going to LOVE it! :cloud9: Are you planning to take the girls on the Sunrise Safari?

We've already re-booked for next July. :yay: Warning: It's habit-forming! :cutie:

Sorry - and I meant to say "Welcome to Disboards!"

Absolutely - they are early risers anyway. We'll also try to do the Cinderella's table, and my wife is planning a trip to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for them.

Hi, we (DGD and I ) will be staying at GF, standard concierge end of this month :cool1: .

Can anyone tell me how late they serve breakfast in the concierge lounge? We hope to sleep in a few days and (maybe) enjoy a late breakfast in the lounge.

Also, re the previous threads about check in. I read that you should say that you are staying "club level" when you arrive so that you will be directed to the correct check in station/area. Anyway, since we are staying concierge, standard room, do I still say "club level"? Just not sure if "club level" means "concierge" or if it refers to your room type.

We've been to Disney many times, but this is our first time staying concierge, so still alittle confused. :confused3

Thanks,

Karen :)

karensi,

Yes, tell them that you are staying club-level. There are both standard and deluxe rooms in club level -- the "standard" just tells them which kind of room you have. If it says "outer lodge" then tell them that, too, since that is in the Sugar Loaf building. Have a great trip!:)

Thanks mmmears....now just need to know how late breakfast is available in the lounge, staying at the GF.

Thanks,
Karen

I am still a little confused too...so perhaps we are long lost twins? lol I do not know if I am in the sugar loaf... no one ever said I was or was not. I am standard room as well club level... but that is all it says.

Hi Susan, I've known since I booked that I was staying in the main building (RPC). I believe it indicates it on my ressie (I'm at work right now ;) , so don't have it with me to look at).
I think you should be able to call and they should be able to tell you.
Either way, I believe no matter what building you are staying in, you would check in at the main building (RPC).

I'm sure others here can be of more help....but siince we may be long lost twins, I felt I would like to give you what (little) info I had :rotfl:

Now, can anyone please fill me in on what time they stop making breakfast available inthe lounge?

Thanks,

Karen

I think all of the lounges on property stop serving breakfast at 10:30.

Thanks Sis! I'm in the main building!!

WooHoo - now you should REALLY get excited!! :yay:

Well... i don't want to get too excited for that trip until I get sad by this one being over... I am trying to cure myself of Disney addiction by never feeling sad and addicted... so there always has to be another trip in the works.. LOLOL

Someone asked about concierge rooms at AKV, actually I had a friend stay there and they had a pool view for their concierge room

We will be staying at the CR Club level :lovestruc in three weeks and I was wondering if they give the kids anything at check in? When we stayed at the Poly Club level last year the kids each got a sand bucket and shovel at check in with crayons. (Its the little things that make the kids happy and less for me to pack?---LOL:goodvibes )
Also, I saw a picture of the lounge and it looked like they had bottles of juice (like apple) out and do they have the gummy fish in the afternoon?

TIA!!!:thumbsup2

I am not sure about giving stuff to little kids, howevr last August when we stayed there they did have bottles of Apple Juice in the lounge. I don't remember if they had gummy fish, however since my family and I will be there in 2 weeks I can take a look and see.

A friend of mine on one of her stays there was given autograph books when the woman overheard them say they would stop at the store before thier dinner at Chef Mickeys but she told me that wasn't common.
