I totally agree...a number of times we have had problems and polite usually pays off and if that doesn't persistance does...and sometimes you don't have to be overly nice by the time you've gotten to your 5th manager.....I'm not say be a raving lunitc but firm and persistance works wonders...

I loved the part where the woman was screaming she would never fly the airline again.
