Used Car Pricing?

I am looking to buy a used car for my kids. I have found a couple I like at a local lot but when I compare pricing on NADA, KBB, Edmunds, they vary quite a bit but are all lower than his pricing.

What website would be considered the most accurate? I haven't purchased a used car in quite a while and the ones I am looking at are older than I have dealt with in the past (2002 - 2004).

I have no problem negotiating, but I was wondering if anyone had some insight.

TIA

My father works as a contractor for 2 of the major car companies and was a technician all his life, he uses KBB. I've heard good things about the costco car buying program as well if you have a warehouse near you.

Unfortunately we don't have a Costco.

One of them is currently at my mechanics being reviewed. I need my best info to negotiate.

My husband found KBB to be reliable. We just bought a car a couple months ago. Ended up spending about $650 in repairs right away but I was prepared for that. The car has 100k miles on it.
