That will give you the most flexibility in terms of what to do if you ever have to change or cancel a trip.
I do think that you may also want to think about what a secondary travel time might be, either now or in the future. For example, we were deciding between April and June UY's when we were buying. I teach and we mostly go in the summer but when we retire, we would want to go in the fall and/or January.
So, we choose June UY since it works well for what we do now and will also work for our trips in 10 years when we are retired. While any Spring trips would be vulnerable and since those are the ones that would be few and far between, we went with what we felt was the best for both short and long term plans.
